Join us for a One-Of-A-Kind Brunching experience!
The Buffalo Theory and Via Alba are back at it!
We will pick 4 of our favorite Barquentine beers and then strategically curate a menu with 4 of everybody’s favorite brunch items to pair with each beer.
We will take you through each course, explain the food, beer, and bridge the gap on how we came to pair these beers. You will experience different smells, flavors, textures, & colors.
Course 1:
Baby green salad
Bacon vinaigrette
Poached/fried egg
Course 2:
Green Chili-buttermilk biscuit
House-made sausage gravy
Course 3:
Citrus-Chile grilled skirt steak
