This EQ Crash Course is for PARENTS & TEENS to learn skills, in a non-therapeutic settings, such as stress tolerance, problem-solving, and how to keep a positive mindset while building the resiliency to adapt and succeed at any time, in any environment. We MUST normalize the pursuit of mental well-being. That starts with this EQ Crash Course. This event is $25 per family; scholarships are available.
