This annual festival brings the spirit of Japan to Colorado Springs and welcomes children and families of all backgrounds.\nNew this year: extended festival hours so families can enjoy even more activities! \nWhat to Expect\n \nEnjoy a variety of interactive stations and performances\, including: \n● Origami crafting \n● Make-your-own koinobori (carp streamers) \n● Traditional Japanese games such as kendama and daruma otoshi \n● Modern festival games like bouncy ball scoop and shooting gallery \n● Live musical and martial arts demonstrations\, with opportunities to participate \n● Gala Children’s Fashion Show featuring kimono\, yukata\, martial arts uniforms\, and Asian-inspired outfits – dress to impress! \nAdmission \n● JASSC Members: Free — simply show your JASSC ID at check‐in \n\n○ To access your digital ID\, go to our website\, log in\, and click “View profile” (a new feature!) \n\n● Non-members: \n\n○ $5 per adult\n○ Children under 18: Free\n○ Family maximum cost: $10
