A capella camp will bring singers together as an ensemble to work on developing vocal skills in contemporary\, pop\, and jazz styles with no instrumental accompaniment. Singers will improve their abilities to sing in harmony while also learning the art of vocal percussion (beatboxing)\, and how to arrange songs for the group\, analyze lyrics\, and use microphones to effectively amplify and blend their voices as an ensemble. The camp will conclude with a performance showcasing the a capella skills you have gained during the week as a vocal ensemble.
