SUMMARY:Art Journaling
DESCRIPTION:Get “unstuck” creatively with a guided emotional art journaling event.\n\n\nAre you feeling stuck on a project? Are you ready to move forward in your life\, but feel like there is something blocking your way? Do you enjoy being creative and want new ways to let out your emotions? \nIf you answered yes to any of these questions\, you might like to try Emotional Art Journaling! \nIn this online event\, you will be guided through a short meditation and multiple prompts to creatively let go of the things that are holding you back. You’ll also get to share and talk with the other participants before and after the journaling experience. \nDuring our time together\, you’ll be working on your own art journal at home. You’ll need your own supplies (crayons\, finger paints\, oil pastels\, and acrylic paints are best). Please come with one project or next step in mind that you’d like to work through. \nTickets are limited to 7 people to keep the group small\, conversational\, and comfortable. \n \n\n\nAbout your Guide: \nEmma has dabbled in art and creative activities her entire life. Recently\, she’s combined art activities with healing methods to help women find more joy and better friendships in their life. She hosts many online and local events (in Eagle County\, Colorado)\, geared towards building community and the simple joys in life. Emma is also a certified Reiki Master. Check out her Journey Back to Joy and Find Your Tribe programs\, as well as other offerings here: www.rosajoyco.com \n\n\n“When I’m having lots of feelings or am blocked in a project\, I do some Emotional Art Journaling. Walking through prompts in my head\, I am able to bring everything into light\, let it go\, and move forward. It doesn’t matter what the art looks like; working through the issue is the point. Recently\, I did a “journaling” about feeling blocked about my business. I felt more clarity and excitement after working through it with paint\, and was able to build my entire website and multiple documents over the next 24 hours!” – Emma
