DESCRIPTION:Learn which waterwise native plant species are most likely to succeed in home landscapes in our warmer\, drier climate.\n\n\nAs temperatures rise and water becomes more restricted\, many people are becoming interested in removing all or part of their lawn to reduce water use. We will discuss plants choices that are low-water and low-maintenance that can be installed as an alternative to lawns yet will still provide curb appeal and habitat. \nThis class will be recorded and a link sent to you if you are unable to watch it live. Place/region/localism/history has been a focus of Bradshaw’s over the past few years and he has continued that focus with North Georgia Rounder. But as the album title (Rounder) suggests\, it’s also about life on the road: in taverns\, in vans\, sleeping on floors\, meeting good folks\, etc. Bradshaw notes how he longs for a well-ordered life and acknowledges the struggle to reconcile that instinct with spending half of it on the road. “But stories need to be told\,” he said\, “and somehow I’ve finagled my way into a position to tell a few.”

Her musical inspiration ranges from girl groups of the 1960s to outlaw country of the 1970s. Nenni sang her first songs on stage in Nashville at Robert’s Western World by bribing the band and door man with cookies. She has since honed her honky tonk skills in double wide trailers on Sunday nights\, clubs across the south\, as well as played for ranchers and wranglers in Wyoming\, Montana\, and Colorado.
