DESCRIPTION:Colorado State University Extension: Dining with Diabetes\n\n\nColorado State University Extension is offering a new program FREE of charge for the entire 4 week series (Usually $100.00): Dining with Diabetes Class Series meeting May 6\, 13\, 20\, 27. Please attend at least 3 out of 4 classes. 11:00am to 1:00pm \nWhat is Dining with Diabetes? \nDining with Diabetes is a Colorado State University Research and Extension health and wellness program that consist of a series of four in-person classes that includes general diabetes information\, eating plans for diabetes and how to prepare healthy foods. The program’s focus is to help individuals learn strategies to lessen the health risks of diabetes. \nThe program is a series of four 2-hour classes that are held once a week. The theme of the art is nondescript\, focusing on each artist’s specific style- landscape\, wildlife\, fighter planes and much more. \n  \nPlease join us for our 3rd Friday Reception is May 16\, 2025 from 4-7 p.m. for snacks and a chance to show your appreciation to these amazing men and women. The exhibit will hang for the full month of May.
