Lamb creates highly refined assemblages using typically obsolete or common found metal objects along with her purposely patinaed substrates and upcycled objects cleverly metallized so as to create an integral whole. Her intricate compositions evoke a curious need to solve the riddle of how an object’s original design and intent can be morphed into an entirely new narrative.
